6. Payment Terms

Payments may be accepted through available payment methods such as bank transfer, UPI, cash, payment gateway, cheque, or any other method approved by RV TRADERS. For products, full or partial advance payment may be required before dispatch or delivery. For services, advance payment may be required before site visit, installation, or work commencement. 7. Delivery and Service Timelines
Estimated delivery or service timelines are shared based on stock availability, location, transportation, manpower, site condition, and project requirements. RV TRADERS will try to complete deliveries and services within the estimated timeline; however, delays may occur due to weather, transport issues, supplier delays, technical conditions, customer-side delays, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. RV TRADERS shall not be liable for indirect losses caused by reasonable delays.
8. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing correct contact details, accurate site information, clear requirements, safe site access, necessary permissions, and timely payment. For installation or maintenance services, the customer must ensure that the site is accessible, safe, and ready for work. Any civil work, structural modification, government permission, society permission, shutdown approval, or third-party approval required for the project shall be the customer’s responsibility unless specifically agreed in writing.
9. Safety and Technical Conditions
Electricity, water, and gas-related products and services must be handled carefully and safely. RV TRADERS may refuse or stop work if the site condition is unsafe, technically unsuitable, legally restricted, or beyond the agreed scope. Customers should not attempt unsafe repair, installation, or modification of electrical, water, or gas systems without proper technical support. Any misuse, unauthorized modification, overload, poor maintenance, or improper handling after product delivery or service completion shall be the customer’s responsibility.
10. Warranty and Product Responsibility
Product warranty, if available, will depend on the manufacturer, supplier, product type, and warranty terms applicable to that product. RV TRADERS may assist customers with warranty-related guidance where possible, but warranty approval, replacement, repair, or rejection may depend on the manufacturer or supplier policy. Warranty does not usually cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, overload, physical damage, water damage, fire, negligence, unauthorized repair, normal wear and tear, or conditions outside recommended usage.
11. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, and cancellations will be handled according to the applicable RV TRADERS Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy. Customized products, used products, damaged-by-customer products, installed products, specially ordered materials, project-specific items, and completed services may not be eligible for return or refund unless required by applicable law or agreed in writing. If a product is defective, incorrect, or damaged at the time of delivery, the customer must inform RV TRADERS within the specified time with proof such as photos, videos, invoice, and order details.
12. Service Completion and Inspection
After completion of any installation, fitting, repair, or maintenance service, the customer should inspect the work and inform RV TRADERS immediately about any visible issue. Once the customer accepts the work or uses the installed system, the service will be considered completed. Any additional requirement, change in scope, extra material, extra labor, repair due to customer-side damage, or future modification may be charged separately.
13. Intellectual Property
